A delcious big breakfast or brunch featuring Larderfresh Roast Carrot Burger and your favourite breakfast sides.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Larderfresh Roast Carrot Burger
- 1 egg
- ¼ avocado
- 3 radishes, sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Handful of chopped parsley leaves
- Handful of chopped chives
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
How to Prepare:
- Cook the Burger:
Pan Fry the Roast Carrot Burger as per instructions on the packet.
- Make the Pickled Radish:
Combine sliced radish, rice vinegar, pinch of salt in a bowl and toss to combine. Set aside until needed.
- Prepare the sides:
Pan Fry an egg and slice up the avocado.
- Plate up the Burger:
Placed the cooked burger patty on a plate and top with fried egg, avocado slices and the pickled radish. Finish with fresh chopped parsley and chives and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
