Cook the Veggie Snags:
Heat the Veggie Snags in a pan as per instructions on the packet. Let them cool slightly, then slice them in half lengthwise for easier assembly.
Prep the Spicy Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the vegan mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth and creamy. Adjust spice levels to your liking.
Assemble the Bahn Mi:
Slice the baguette or roll open lengthwise.
Spread a generous layer of the spicy sauce on the inside of the baguette.
Layer the sliced Veggie Snags along the bottom.
