What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Larderfresh Brown Rice, Mushroom & Seaweed Burger
  • ½ block firm tofu, cubed
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup steamed edamame
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Optional: a small side container of sweet chili or teriyaki sauce for dipping
