PAN FRY: Pan fry burger for approx 2-3 minutes each side.
SANDWICH PRESS: Heat burger in sandwich press for approx 5 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Place burger on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for approx 90 seconds.

INGREDIENTS
Carrot, brown rice (21%), sweet potato, mushrooms (10%), chickpea, sesame seeds, rice bran oil, tamari (from soy), chickpea flour, seaweed (1%), black sesame seeds, salt, vinegar powder.


STORAGE
Refrigerate at or below 4˚C Consume within 2 days of opening. Once opened store in an airtight container below 4˚C
